Won’t come again.

Liked: The cereal and muffins were the only thing good.
Disliked: The shower was aweful. It needs 2 doors to close off the water going all over the floor.

Worst place we have ever...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: On first arrival they said the room we reserved was no longer available. Also they said there would not be any TV and they didn’t know when it would be back. The first night the bathroom outlet did not work and the sink would not drain. There was no place to hang our clothes. We asked for a different room. It was smaller. They said they would clean the room every 3 days unless we needed more. We asked every day from the third day and they cleaned it on thr 7th day before we left. They promised a discount when we were leaving and somehow the manager was not there and they refused the discount. I could go on and on but I’m sure you get the picture.

Disliked: Over charge me then what I booked on booking and workers didn’t care. Two towels for 3 people and the pull out bed had no bedding or pillows

Disliked: Morning staff, the day we check out.We checked out about 7am- 7:20am.I realized my son left his Xbox console in the room right next to the television in room we stayed in.(347 room #)I returned to the hotel to try to retrieve my son’s Xbox console. That receptionist stated when I called that she will “I will take a walk up there and take a look to see if it’s on the shelf next to the tv”.I called back a few minutes later. She stated “I didn’t see any Xbox in the room!!!”.She asked housekeeping… she stated housekeeping didn’t find an Xbox in the room either…She radioed the housekeeping…. No reply.She got a phone call and receptionist screamed into the phone. Hung up and stated “I can’t stand housekeeping!!!” I left…. About ten minutes later I get a phone call from the hotel, the receptionist stated “we found it” I replied “okay good I’m still in the parking lot, didn’t leave yet.” House keeping or the receptionist was lying about not finding an Xbox out room (347 room #)Unacceptable service. Receptionist was a bigger type lady. Also black female.

We will not stay here...

Liked: Great location on Carlson Parkway. The food at the restaurant next door to the hotel was excellent.
Disliked: Garbage was piled up inside and outside by the hotel’s side door. The garbage bags were there at 7:00pm one night and still there at 8:30am the next morning. There was no tv service so we could hear everything like kids running up and down the hallway. The morning desk staff was rude.
