Disliked: Dirty. Obviously not vacuumed. Dirty bedspread underneath top sheet covering.I mentioned I was arriving in a wheelchair. The response I received was "We'll be happy to accommodate you". I was not accommodated.The breakfast was horrible. The juice from the dispenser was goop. No water added to the syrupy mixture. I felt immediately sick after taking one sip.Under renovation or construction. At least let patrons know in advance Very disappointed. I've trusted Country Inn and Suites. Not anymore.

Liked: It has a convenient location to Carlson Towers
Disliked: It has really gone down hill in the past 7 years. It’s grungy, supposedly under construction but never really see any decent updates. There’s no staff around when you need them. No housekeeping. Breakfast is disgusting. Things used to be much better here. It needs a lot of help.

It was the worst place...

Liked: The gentlemen checking us in tried to be helpful. We had no wi-fi and he told us that it ended just prior to our room. The remote didn’t work for one tv. Blood on the couch mattress. No linens for it after I asked for it in the booking and got an okay on that specifically. 1 soap, none for tub and the soap was broken into many pieces when we opened it. Desk chair peeled arms and terrible. Breakfast was so disorganized that we could hardly believe it. We had no cups in our room for coffee when we got up and so it was important to have things ready and organized when we came for breakfast. Terrible and absolutely could tell that it was a man who failed at this so terribly. A woman would not!
Disliked: Absolutely everything! The final kicker was they wouldn’t give us a receipt. OMG!

Would stay there again!

Liked: Hotel was clean and the staff was professional.
