Friendly staff; quiet, spacious room; a good variety of choices for breakfast!

Disliked: Needed an extra blanket for bedding, but I got one from the front desk!

Liked: Location is decent. It's unfortunate I paid to stay and got absolutely no customer service at all. DIDNT even get to stay in the room I reserved .
Disliked: I reserved a room online. There was NO ONE at the desk when I went to check in. I called and called. Nothing and nobody came to the lobby. I had my 1 year old baby woth me and 3 bags of stuff to carry. Very very poor customer service.

Great location for Arboratum, Canterbury...

Liked: Good location for wedding attendance at the Chaska Arboretum. Small hotel - 3 floors. Quiet. Room darkening blinds. Staff were nice.
Disliked: Furniture dated and worn in our suite. Carpet old. Pool and hot tub not open until 11 am - checkout is 11 am so no morning swim.

I don’t think I would...

Liked: Property was clean and the location to where we needed to go was fine.
Disliked: Someone (staff) walked into our room without knocking while we were sleeping. There was a child out in the hallways at 3 am and there were kids in the next room screaming and crying all night and early in the morning so it was unpleasant to hear and I didn’t get much sleep because of the crying and constant screaming of children in the other rooms. The breakfast could be a little better.

Disappointing

Disliked: Phone, tv remote and door safety lock we broken.

Hotel stay

Liked: It was comfortable and good location. The hot tub was nice.
Disliked: I think the rooms could have been more updated.

Disliked: Something that looked like cat or dog barf on the wall and floor next to the desk. Whole room was very worn, lots of scratches, dents, just general wear and tear.
