Disliked: Very outdated. Elevator is very scary. Towels were absolutely terrible.

Liked: I needed to upgrade to a room with a pull out couch and the woman I talked with was so kind and helpful. She remembered me when I called back and needed to check in early as well. Very friendly!!

Liked: Very satisfied with the facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was pretty good and the location was exactly what we were looking for.
Disliked: Thought the price was a little high for a 2 night stay, that said, it was a quality facility in a good location.

Liked: It is attractive in all areas from front desk, breakfast area, and my room. The adjoining bar and restaurant are nice.
Disliked: The pool was so cloudy that I didn't dare go in it even though I specifically chose this place because it had a pool. It's definitely not being maintained properly. I went in the hot tub instead. They're right next to each other and the difference in the water is tremendous. You couldn't see to the bottom of the pool. The elevator floor could be cleaned more often. The same chips were on the floor the entire weekend. Otherwise the facility is very clean.
