Enjoyed stay and would stay...

Liked: Check-in was easy and Yasmin was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean as were the hallways. Bed was very comfortable. The place smelled clean and fresh.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay nothing great. Not a fan of powdered eggs. But there was a variety that accommodated everyone.

Liked: Clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms spacious. Breakfast decent.
Disliked: The beds were soft, difficult to actually get in and out as the edges would go down making entry difficult.

Disliked: Could have used a blanket as room was a bit cold

Liked: Nice, helpful staff. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Pricing seemed more reasonable than other options. Easy check-in/ check-out.
Disliked: The whole place is showing signs of being pretty worn down, i.e. peeling wallpaper, stained/worn carpeting, etc. The toilet in our room kept clogging with normal use (not an issue we normally have anywhere else). There were some stains on the sheets, and a clump of hair stuck to them as well. Hairs were stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom. The carpet had stains, wear, and generally looked like it had seen better days. We weren't super impressed that the rooms only get cleaned every 3 days unless requested more, though i do understand this if they are short on staffing or trying not to waste resources. The elevator usually had a weird smell, was warm, made strange noises occasionally, and again, was looking pretty worn (had a piece of railing or 2 that wasn't even secured). The carpeted luggage carts looked like they could use a good cleaning.The TV wasn't the most use friendly either.We stayed here about 10 years ago, and it definitely seems to have gone downhill since then. All-in-all, the stay wasn't horrible, but i will likely choose a different place in the future. I think the place is in need of a remodel or something, personally.
