Terrible except for the staff...

Liked: Location to family was good. Manteno is a nice town.
Disliked: The pool, the elevator and the computer were all out of order for the entire stay. The pool and computer were out the entire week and the elevator was out 5 days and still not fixed when we left. Ridiculous. We are 73 years old and were staying on the third floor.

Not restful

Liked: Location and breakfast were great.
Disliked: Pool was closed (broken). Also, hotel was filled with Baseball kids and families. Very LOUD and everywhere. Large groups drinking alcohol in the parking lot, when we returned from my granddaughters dancing recital.

Comfortable Desk staff very friendly

Disliked: Seemed dated. But cleanBreakfast was a joke. Coffee weak like water

Nice Hotel

Liked: It was a nice looking hotel and was very quiet.
Disliked: There were ants in the room on my first night and had to switch rooms. The 2nd day I was locked out my room and had to go get my keys redone.
