Liked: The staff was always kind and welcoming.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. And I did find hairs in the bathroom when we checked in. And the toilet didn’t always work. Had to lift the back cover and wiggle the chain to make it flush.

Great place to stay

Liked: Everything—the location, staff, pool, breakfast, coffee—was more than enough for a great stay. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madison.

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was very good, and choices changed daily. The lobby had popcorn tea and coffee available and even a cookie if you wanted one. My wife got a cut on a knuckle and the receptionist produced a couple of bandages. I would highly recommend this property.
Disliked: Nothing.
