The facilities were fair at...

Liked: Location was convenient. Staff responded to questions quickly. The room was clean. It was convenient having a fridge and microwave.
Disliked: The outer door in the back did not lock. We told staff about this concern several times and it was not fixed. In my opinion this was a SERIOUS SAFETY concern. Anyone from outside could open the door and come right into the hotel unchecked.There was only one garbage can in the room, not in the bathroom. This was inconvenient. There was only the sheet and bedcover on the bed, no blanket. We had to go and request blankets for the room. The pillows were strangely small--they were not typical sized pillows. The breakfast was fair at best. The room had a strange musty smell.

Chose this facility because of...

Disliked: Upon arrival no one at front desk. Sign said attendant was helping another customer. Noticed someone (attendant) folding laundry. When attendant realized I was at the front desk, attendant came out to check us in and complained about other customers who had been impatient. :) Bed was uncomfortable.

Decent stay, no follow up...

Liked: Property was good. A little nicer than average for sure.
Disliked: I was unable to make the original night booked through Expedia. My fault, not the properties. But when I Mentioned that at check in Ias told that if I went through Expedia I could get a refund since I was staying the next night, and the place was at most 1-3 full. Not so. I emailed the hotel 2x and never heard back. Expedia said the property denied the refund. Just disappointed.

Liked: I like the location of the place and the price range was perfect
Disliked: The bathroom was not that clean and the toilet stopped working. There was a lot of leftover hair on the bathroom floor and on the shower walls.

Stay Away - the customer...

Liked: We were in town for the rock and roll Hall of fame 1/2 Marathon. This was a convenient location and easy drive.early in the morning.
Disliked: My family and I checked in and went to dinner. Returning to our room afterward my daughter said that the carpet on the floor near her bed was completely soaking wet. The air conditioner was leaking on the floor and soaking the carpet. I went down to the front desk and told them of the issue. The young woman at the desk said there was nothing that she could do because there was no maintenance on staff for the weekend, so I asked for another room. She said unfortunately there were no other rooms available so I had asked for a refund because I shouldn't be charged for having to stay in a room where the AC is leaking. She said that she wasn't able to process the credit for me that evening but come back in the morning when I was checking out and they would process a credit for me AND if she wasn't there she would leave a note for somebody else. Upon check out at 5:00 a.m. there was a different person at the front desk and there had been a brief note referencing my room# left near the computer. The young lady took my phone number and told me she would process a refund and let me know by text that had been taken care of by 9:00 a.m. in addition, she would also send confirmation to my email. Needless to say no credit, no call no text. After returning home I called back today, explained what transpired over the weekend and was bluntly told that there's no way that my general manager is going to authorize this refund because you stayed the night. I explained that I had nowhere to go All the hotels were full (Morgan wallen concert was also in town) there was no maintenance on staff and you had no other rooms available. She took my phone number and said the general managers name was Patel and that she would give him my number. She then ended the conversation with I'll give him your number I don't know when he'll call you he's a busy man..... Totally ridiculous. STAY AWAY from this property.

Dirty and nasty

Disliked: The room I stayed in was very dirty; it was so dirty we didn't even stay the second night, ask for a refund for the second night and they said no.

Less than what I expect...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice
Disliked: None of the outlets in the rooms could hold a plug making it very difficult to charge items. The room was 61 degrees when we arrived and took three hours to get to 68. The toilet had no flushing power.
