Liked: Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Lady at the front desk was very nice!
Disliked: The front was under construction so we had to use the side doors. The housekeeper barged in while we were sleeping, scaring the crap out of me. Then she knocked again, not 15 minutes later.

Bad

Liked: The staff was very polite.
Disliked: The bathtub was dirty. You could not adjust the temperature. The sheets was dirty. The refrigerator did not work. Had a musky smell. The breakfast area had alot of roaches.

Liked: Not too much. Only there one day.
Disliked: It was ok

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room had loose tile in the entry and the bathroom. The air conditioner was very noisy. There were only 3 cars in the lot and they put us on the second floor with no elevator. They didn't serve breakfast until 7am. We left before that, so couldn't say how it was, if they served it at all. The water pressure was bad. No hot water from the bathroom sink. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: It was filthy there was a bug in my bed blood stains on the other bed sheets
Disliked: Filthy weird smell outdated bugs in room light fixtures falling apart

Liked: Facility was clean.Breakfast was hot, well attended by staff to replace items.Good location.
Disliked: Facility was being renovated, and the elevator was not working. Fortunately, we were on the second floor.Facility was dated, although it was being renovated.Room was warm when we got there, but cooled off overnight.

Liked: It shows a pool on the website and when we got there it looked like it’s been out of service for a very longs time so I canceled my reservation and now it’s 3 weeks later and they still don’t want to give me my refund and every time I call they say the manager is not In smh very bad experience
