Liked: Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Lady at the front desk was very nice!
Disliked: The front was under construction so we had to use the side doors. The housekeeper barged in while we were sleeping, scaring the crap out of me. Then she knocked again, not 15 minutes later.

Liked: Although I can read the frustration they worker remained calm and helpful. I was sure to thank him later for working with us and understanding the complaint of a non working room.I did not attend breakfast
Disliked: Was told the elevator was broken so I requested a downstairs room due to disabilty u able to use the stairs. I was given a broken room. The keys wouldnt work, 2 sets, the toilet was broken and did not flush, the shower was leaking onto the tub. I believe they knew the room was broken but was put in a bind at the time. I did get switched to another room when I came back for the night. It was in full working condition and I slept like a baby. There is a bit of an overflow of cigarette smoking somewhere but it wasnt enough for me to warrant a complaint.

Disliked: The pool didn’t work. There were cracks all over the walls. The elevators didn’t work. My keys stopped working. I couldn’t get any extra towels. Breakfast was closed before closing time.

Liked: The pictures that y'all see are not the pictures of the hotel. This hotel is the worsest hotel I've ever seen.
Disliked: There's nothing good I can say about this hotel. booking.com should go I visually see some of these hotels. I'm gonna stop just putting up the pictures that they think that these hotels look like.

Not staying again

Disliked: Elevator wasn't working. Pool was out of service and the room look dirty. Sheets had spots on them and looked so dirty.
