Liked: Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Lady at the front desk was very nice!
Disliked: The front was under construction so we had to use the side doors. The housekeeper barged in while we were sleeping, scaring the crap out of me. Then she knocked again, not 15 minutes later.

Disliked: Pool was closed elevator was down no waffles for breakfast laundry was closed

Liked: Nothing bout it I didn't even want to stay there so I don't think I should be charged for stay cause dint even want to stay after walking in there it was so nasty and not even stay able

Liked: The pool was has not been working a very long time nor was disclosed at booking
Disliked: They’re literally was not one vehicle in the parking lot, including an employee, not one

Liked: Had to switch rooms 3 times because AC didn’t work. Pool was not open, ice machine was broken, elevator was broken.

Disliked: This hotel is the most horrible experience I have ever had in my life. You lied to booking.com that I did not show up nor call. How could you stoop so low to tell such a lie when i was there with my sister and three kids? We left there because of the filthy environment and the fact that the other occupants are smoking weed and your staff was aware of that, The toilet was filthy and full of dust, it was like they hadnt had guests in ages. My rate is 0, and we are highly disappointed.
