Disliked: Bugs , cockroaches and spiders , and then it says cancellation free when I canceled they did not reimburse me my money.

Liked: I like the location, the personnel was really nice
Disliked: The room was very dirty, is like the cleaning lady didn’t stopped at all at the room. The sheets and blankets were extremely dirty, I went to request new ones and they gave me smaller ones. The food was alright, but the bread was there for a few days already. I don’t think the hotel was worth the price.

Liked: The hotel was fine & the people were very nice however they advertise “pay at property” but if I didn’t pay by 6pm they were canceling my reservation. THAT is not “pay at property” & is false advertising. I will be calling corporate Radisson today
Disliked: The fact they advertise pay at property but if I wouldn’t have happened to read my emails at around 4 they would have canceled my reservation at 6pm & I wouldn’t have known until I got there and would have been out of room. The town was booked.

Liked: The property looked good, but the reality is that when you get there its smells old and looks outdated, the room can be cleaner it had stains in the carpet and the bathroom wasn’t as clean.
Disliked: I liked that the hotel had an indoor pool, but it had too much chorine that our eyes were burning and the kids didn’t like that.
