Very comfortable!

Liked: I liked that the pool was up and running. Its hard to find decent priced hotels with a working pool. The hotel has always exceeded our expectation.
Disliked: The only thing I didnt like was the little options for breakfast and the start time. But super thankful that good breakfast is offered.

Liked: We got a great deal on the room-making the last minute trip affordable.
Disliked: The breakfast was marginal-better to just skip it.The lights from the parking lot kept the room illuminated at night-hard to sleep.Doors slam behind you making it hard to be respectful to other guests.Bathrroom door would not stay open so it stayed too warm while getting ready.Refrigerator was not working in first room assigned.

Liked: Nothing. Customer service was poor.
Disliked: Customer service was poor, room was dirty. Was denied any accommodations. Staff refused to clean the room because they were not “housekeeping.” Stated they could not verify that it was not me that caused the mess when the same two girls watched me walk in and come back down within 15 minutes. In the picture with the soap… I understand it is just soap but it is inevitable that the counter and wall were not properly sanitized. The floor was also sticky as if it had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. I did not make it past the bathroom due to my findings. Front desk staff told me I could just stay in the room and they could clean it the following day.

Liked: First room was filthy and had stains on the sheets. And smelled like dog pee. The AC didn’t work. The second room I got AC didn’t work, microwave was broken.The plumbing was backed up, couldn’t shower.
