Liked: Not really as it was just a one night stay while traveling across country.
Disliked: Putting down a $150.00 CASH deposit for damages. That caught me completely off guard. I could see them inspecting your room b4 checking u out, and if there was damage, making arrangements for the charge to fix it, but not requiring a CASH deposit at check-in.

Liked: I liked the cleanliness of this location.
Disliked: The refrigerator in my room did not work, so all of my food spoiled!! I told the staff at the front desk who seemed to care less!!! Never was fixed or replaced. No resolution at all. They clearly don't give a damn about the guest that spend their hard earned money to stay in their establishment.The lady at the desk at check out was also very rude.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: I got sick from their breakfast and the pool was closed due to painting which was a real bummer. It was a very hot day in the 90's and the pool would have been great.

Liked: We were in Louisville for a baseball tournament and another player on team and his mother checked in at the same time as us. She had accidentally booked the room for the previous night and had been marked a no show. Instead of making her pay again they rebooked her room free of charge. Not many people would be that understanding. Very nice thing to do. Would recommend.
Disliked: Only bad thing I can say is the pool area is really small and can use some upkeep. The kids enjoyed it tho and said the water was warm.
