Poor

Liked: Most of the experience
Disliked: Carpets were filthy, toilet was filthy. People running up and down the steps was really annoying.

Visiting with family in the...

Liked: Coffee early was great!!! Breakfast was also good
Disliked: The ladder in the pool was broken and no hot tub. A guest was smoking marijuana right outside the lobby doors which came right into the lobby for a couple of days.

Its was a nice stay...

Liked: Staff was friendly the free breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room and hotel was dirty. The floors, walls,bathrooms had hair and dirt and stains everywhere.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory.
Disliked: The carpet was very dirty and the room smelled like stale smoke.

The stay was extremely disappointing...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The sheets were disgusting on one bed and there was garbage under and around it, had to remove it when new bedding arrived. Pool had multiple chlorine tablets floating in it. Staff was not friendly and acted like issues were not their problem!

It was OK for one...

Liked: Everyone was nice.
Disliked: The hotel cleanliness was poor. And our bathroom there was issues with the toilet.
