Liked: Clean and comfortable room and beds. Shower had great water pressure.
Disliked: Room was along busy road so heard all vehicles. Too loud.

Disliked: Minor: Breakfast is mostly processed food esp. if you are vegetarian. I didn’t eat.

Liked: The suite was comfortable, and the separation with the bedroom was important in the morning. Excellent shower head, good water pressure in the morning.
Disliked: The carpet by the elevator was rip, the couch was stained and old. The furniture in the sitting area needs to be replaced.

Disliked: Location! Right next to the main road. Hygiene! The staff swiped Cheerios on the table back to the jar!

Disliked: All of the surfaces were not cleaned (there were greasy/sticky fingerprints on desk/dresser/seat/bathroom vanity/windows/window sills.Thermostat present but inoperable.Exterior window did not close all the way or lock.The a/c did not work correctly-it was somewhat cool if I set it on 60* but would turn off automatically. The only solution was to have the fan run all of the time (but it did not cool the whole time it ran-it just recirculated air and periodically the coolant would kick in)It is a no smoking property yet it smells like it had not been thoroughly cleaned from the time they did allow smoking.Staff did not speak English and knocked on our door 3x despite having the “do not disturb” sign on the door. When I approached them in the hallway they didn’t understand/couldn’t explain why they knocked on the door so many times hours prior to checkout.Mold in the seams of the tub.TV reception pixelated on every channel.
