Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: Stayed 3 nights and could not get my room cleaned when asked. The carpets were very dirty and gross, and the windows were broke (cracked, broken screen and couldn't open). The sink was broke when we first got there. The room had a bad odor. Took my kids to the pool, wasn't able to stay long and pool toys got stolen due to no adult supervision. Ongoing construction, you can't use certain stairs or halls. Couldn't even enter the main door due to them painting.

Disliked: No air conditioning, 81 degrees and only offered to move us after we had already been there 3 days. Pool was ice cold. Very noisy past 11pm

Disliked: Kind of old and worn out but being upgraded so will probably nice when finished

Disliked: Active remodeling being done. Requested a feather free room. Still had feather pillows on the bed.

Liked: staff, breakfast, comfortable room, old and somewhat run down but facility is being renovated at this time so this will be remedied
Disliked: carpet is worn and dirty

Ants, fingernail clippings, stained carpets

Liked: The rooms were large and the bed was decently comfortable.
Disliked: There was evidence that it had NOT been vacummed (fingernail clipping on carpets, etc). There were dozens of ants on the counter top throughout the days. Carpets had big stains, second floor windows didn't close and latch completely. Shower was old and cracked. Couch was saggy, stained.
