Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Clean, bed was very comfy and the cookies are amazing!

Horrible

Liked: Staff was kind and helpful.Breakfast bar had good choices as well.
Disliked: Room was hot upon entering. A/C was off and 80 something degrees outside. Carpets are gross. Sticky substance on drawers and desk. Couch and chairs had musty smell sticky residue and stains. Im not sure anyone would have sat on them. Pool room was so hot, hard to breathe. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Horrible

Liked: I used to absolutely love this hotel great location for us they used to treat us really good, before this last stay I swore this would be only hotel we would stay at when needed now we may never stay again. The only way we would ever stay there again is if we absolutely needed a room and everywhere else is sold out
Disliked: The customer service was awful, they need training on training people. The communication between staff members is horrendous and if I didn’t do their job for them they would have left us out of a lot of money. I’m very disappointed with them
