Good locale, staff not very...

Liked: Clean, roomy, locale
Disliked: Issue with reservation, staff unable to rectify . No manager on site at time to correct

Liked: The suite arrangement was nice. The pool was good. The breakfast was outstanding. The hall was spotless.
Disliked: Our fan light was not able to be shut off, we asked for help at the desk, but no one ever came. The towels were pitifully small. There was no outdoor garbage cans for me to put my dog poop bags. The back door stuck terribly and we got stuck outside more than once. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were awful.

Great stay in a very...

Liked: The room was huge - more a suite, that was very comfortable. The bed was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location, being near to Birkdale Village but only 25 minutes from the airport was great! Breakfast was good and there is free flavoured water and tea and coffee available in the lobby.
Disliked: The laundry facilities weren't working when we stayed. We were told the tumble dryer had stopped working and was being fixed the next day.
