Liked: The location of the property is good, and makes the overall quality of the property even more frustrating. Located off Cedar Bluff Road in West Knoxville, it is close to restaurants, shopping, and relatively close to the University.Staff was responsive to requests, even if they couldn't leave the front desk due to being understaffed.The rooms are sizeable, but that doesn't make up for issues.
Disliked: The Property is FILTHY and in disrepair. The air vents in the lobby were covered in dirt and mold. The wallpaper is peeling and the carpet stained and faded. The HVAC in the hallways didn't work, making them stiflingly hot, but also making the rooms humid and sticky. The in-room laminate flooring looks like it was cut and laid by a child, and was separating and coming up in multiple places. The toilet leaked in one room, which smelled like urine, and the hideaway bed was broken in the other. The furniture is a combination of old, broken, and haphazardly placed in the rooms. Staff is almost non-existent. When we called down to the front desk to ask for towels or to look into issues, we were told they couldn't come up because they were the only ones working.The property's location makes it's issues more frustrating. It is a 1-minute drive from Hilton and IHG properties that are only slightly more expensive but MUCH cleaner and better run.I've stayed in a lot of hotels - including Country Inn & Suites and Radissons. This was one of my worst experiences. If I were at Radisson, I would have to seriously consider the impact this property has on my brand. It seriously needs a complete and PROFESSIONAL rehab, or it needs the brand removed from the sign.

Disliked: The breakfast was abysmal. The attendant was on the phone the entire time we were there. There was no decent gluten free options the cereal dispenser has seen better days.
