Liked: Air conditioner was awesome and beds were super comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The bathroom had no exhaust fan. Towels were well used and should be retired. It appears the hot tub has been filled in. Pool is small.

Disliked: Doors inside room didn’t close properly. Curtain not hanging properly. Only 1 lightbulb worked in bathroom. Shower curtain too short causing water all over floor. Mix match brands of toiletries. No tv in couch area. Had to go floor to floor to find a working ice machine. Hot tub filled with concrete. Never enough pool towels for guests. Pool was very cloudy, couldn’t see through the water. Breakfast was ok. There were 2 meat freezers in the dining area. Wall paper noticeably peeling in all parts of hotel. Biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen was dead in the entryway. I told front desk about roach when I saw it, and she didn’t seem to care or be in any hurry to remove it. Huge language barriers with most staff. I’m upset because I chose this property and also had friends traveling that made reservations here. We requested conjoined rooms and were put on completely different floors. They had to reserve a 2nd room because their room didn’t have the pull out couch needed for one of the older siblings. I’m just very disappointed at this point! Wont make sense this property again!! I almost forgot…laundry facilities permanently closed at this location!!

Liked: I stay here quit often when I come to Knoxville
Disliked: Breakfast could do a lot better! They are always out of either sausage or eggs

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was perfect for a quick night stay enroute to our destination.
Disliked: The initial room temperature was way too warm.

Disliked: Very bland, boring, grey color, over kill on grey.
