Good

Disliked: -They offer room service but the kitchen was closed. -The body soap was almost empty

Disliked: Guests were loud and running up and down the halls reported several times nothing was done also in the midst of everything trying to sleep the fire alarm goes off for about 30 minutes. Staff did nothing about informing us about what was going on learn through another guest that someone had burnt popcorn in the microwave, we complained about the noise and they did absolutely nothing not even an apology

Liked: They gave us a room that smell like someone just fried something and reeked of cooking oil.
Disliked: The hotel bugs and my brother got bitten by an insect.

Overall stay was enjoyable

Liked: The manager offered us a free upgrade to a suite which we really enjoyed. It was nice to have the extra space we did not realize we needed! The room was spacious and the overall property was 100% better than our last visit. Hotel was very clean, quick check-in which did not happen on our last visit it went very smoothly this time. We really appreciated the room upgrade at no additional cost. There were guests but overall property was much quieter and pleasant this time with no kids running and screaming up and down the halls at all hours of the night. We plan to return again on our next trip to visit family in Katy. The staff was kind, patient, friendly and hotel was pristine. I can not rate the breakfast because we’ve never had time to try it.
