Disliked: Being charged for an early check-in and the first room they assigned me was not clean, and last thing the TV was not working once, I was assigned a new room. The money changed for me checking early should have been refunded.

Liked: It was close to the funeral I was attending
Disliked: Fire alarm went off, had to leave room straight from bath, room did not have evacuation sign on door , but you could see it had been there at some point. After we were told we could return to our room, I went to reception to advise them it was missing, they said they didn’t know what I meant?? The evacuation plan was by the elevator?? Why would I go to the elevator durning an evacuation????? I’ve been in the hospitality business for 30 years! This needs to be fixed and staff needs to be informed correctly!

Liked: it was quiet, clean, and well appointed. The staff was so nice and capable. Check out was so fast and easy.
