Overall it was worth the...

Liked: My mom and I traveled from Metro Detroit to attend a concert in Kalamazoo. The ease of locating this hotel, as well as it being just a block from I-94 was a bonus. The staff was also very nice.
Disliked: Plastic cups for hot coffee? Seriously? They were also renovating so there was no complimentary breakfast. What my mom and I found incredibly frustrating was anywhere we plugged in our phones to charge, they would NOT charge! In fact, it would show a charge but the battery was actually DRAINING! We both had to charge our phones in the car when we left, both with dead batteries.

A great place to stay

Liked: Was a good motel, the staff were polite and helpful. Was in a quiet neighborhood close to all amenities. The breakfast was great, room spacey and clean.

Liked: Staff was awesome. Pool was closed didnt know til check in. Never received cleaning deposit back

Disliked: Room was dirty and breakfast options were terrible. Only cereal or bagles nothing hot

Disliked: The pool was permantly closed and they are choosing to not do breakfast for the time being. The tv was blurry on every channel.

Disliked: Was not told until check in that the pool and Continental breakfast work down due to construction
