Disappointing

Disliked: The employee working when we checked in the night of our stay was very rude and would cut me off as I was speaking trying to ask a questions about duplicate charges. The sink was backed up in the room. The floors were wet and slippery.

Pleasant

Liked: The pool was nice. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean.
Disliked: Having to ask for towels for the pool.

Ok for a one night...

Liked: room was clean and comfortable, served our needs for one night, breakfast was good except there was no fresh fruit, just a canned fruit
Disliked: was probably the cheapest toilet tissue ever made, I think they can do betteralso, I have not been able to get a receipt for my stay

Liked: Lobby was nice.
Disliked: Mattresses were not comfy. The pool was pretty chilly. Not really worth the price.

Passable

Liked: I had put in the notes when confirming that because of a disability I needed a recliner chair or upholstered chair to sleep. They refused to get me one and one clerk said I could upgrade to king room which had two recliners and another clerk said there were no recliners in that room. Did not sleep for the two nights I was there. Next time I visit my family I will find a hotel that has recliner chairs.
