Would have been great just...

Liked: Location and helpfulness of the people rooms were clean and in good condition
Disliked: Too many rule in your face on the front desk, coffee was cold on arrival in lobby, WIFi reception was very poor in my room 117 one bar.

Liked: The lobby was the nicest part
Disliked: We got there after a friends wedding , so it was kinda late. Went to check in and was told we would have to pay an additional 100 bucks a room for incidentals. While I understand this is the norm now days, we were not aware of it. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to knock 100 off it. But we still weren't ok with paying 100 for the night. This is after we paid 497 per room. And they price gouged us because a normal night is 100 bucks or less . But just because it was baseball tournament weekend they raised the prices. We get to the room and the beds were uncomfortable, only one bed had a blanket. The toilet paper roll was broken. The microwave burnt the popcorn. The room smelled bad when we got there. So I was kinda worried I wouldn't even get my refund back for the "incidentals" the carpet in the hall way was worn super thin. I figured by the looks of the website and the outside it was a nice enough hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was great, good choices and was hot, location is excellent for adventuring downtown Jonesboro, inside pool was nice as well, I would definitely stay again
Disliked: Staff wasn’t the friendliest, someone playing Mexican music very loud till 2:00am in the morning in parking lot

Liked: The breakfast was great. Location was nice and in walking distance to the historic downtown. Staff was trying to help.
Disliked: Check in I paid Booking in advance. The hotel then tried to charge me again. The desk clerk said booking only showed my card and not virtual card on file to charged. I showed the clerk my email confirmation, but I still had to call booking to try to get it fixed. 2 hours later in the lobby and it still wasn't fixed. The manager finally agreed to let me stay and said not to charge me, and she would get it fixed in the morning. I woke up in at 2 am to a text saying I was charged another 261.00 for the hotel. I asked the clerk about it and she said I would get that money back. I'm home now, and I am still waiting for the credit.
