Home away from home.

Liked: Everybody here is so friendly! And they truly care about your comfort while you are staying with them. They offer a complimentary, wonderful breakfast with more food than most restaurants offer! The facilities are extremely clean. I stay here every time I come to the area. I would not dream of staying anywhere else.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like, was that I had to leave sooner than I would have liked.

Would stay again

Disliked: The cable was not working and the remote for the television wasan't the right one.

Disliked: The TV was hard to figure out. The wifi wouldn't stay on and wouldn't connect to Internet correctly

Worst staff at hotel probably...

Liked: The room was okay we got a Jacuzzi room and it was a lot smaller and dinkier than I expected.
Disliked: The staff was completely unprofessional rude and unhospitable. They had the worst attitude especially the manager in the front desk person was blaming me for a mistake that wasn't my fault because it was in agreed that was offered to me and I didn't understand or realuze that there was no room to upgrade to pass the one that we got but I thought it was a great deal so I clicked it and then I was blamed and made embarrassed basically by the front desk girl because she couldn't figure out how to fix it. The manager told me and my friends that were trying to fix it on our end let us standing there with our luggage was giving homeless vibes. She was completely insulting and rude not a single interaction with her was positive. I'm really disgusted by this place actually I hope to never have to stay in place like this again the customer service is wack
