Liked: This hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly.

Liked: The outside appearance was fine. So was the entrance
Disliked: The room did not feel or look clean. The lamp between the beds did not work, the carpet felt old and unclean, the shower was extremely slow to drain.

Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn’t hot at all. The water was more like room temperature.

Uncomfortable!

Disliked: Had to vacate the room before 9 am because the water would be shut off, they were getting a new hot water tank! If I had known, I would have booked elsewhere. A note was placed under the door, the night before! Thank goodness I woke up before 9am!!!!

Liked: It's been 10 months since we passed through and the front desk remembered us and the reason for our travels, even asking for updates! They also promptly adjusted the room charge to reflect the Veterans discount Booking.com does not seem to know about. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. The location is handy to restaurants and interstate.

Worst experience

Liked: Worst experience ever.
Disliked: Woke up in the middle of night , toilet was not flushing , then started flooding . Tried to call , phone was not plugged in at all . Went down to the front desk , asked for a room change , says no other room in the “same category” , no one to fix it until morning , there is nothing we could do . I asked for a manager , over the speaker he Daniel says “ clearly it clogged because of using it “, that’s what his response was , when I started recording they agreed to change the room. NOT a single WORD of apology .
