Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; front desk employees were very helpful with questions.

Liked: Everything else was great.
Disliked: Hot tub water looked murky.

Liked: Breakfast was good overall, clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Overall the room was decent, but definitely not clean enough for the $200 price tag. Under our bed was garbage, there was a sticky spot on the floor and it just seemed a bit shabby for the price. I've stayed at hotels for less than 150 that far exceeded this hotel. It was decent, but for the price, I'll probably stay somewhere else next time.

Would definitely stay here again...

Liked: Very clean hotel- the staff was great! Extremely helpful. The breakfast in the mornings was terrific- probably the best I’ve seen at any hotel we’ve been to before. So many things to pick from, including lots of healthier choices.

Comfy but missed the pool...

Liked: Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff
Disliked: Was booked specifically for the pool, which hasn’t been open my last two stays. I wish that info had been available online, I would have chosen another hotel.

I would stay there again....

Liked: It was conveniently located to the event that we were there for my family. And the room was comfortable for the three of us.
Disliked: Housekeeping service was unavailable because the statement was that they only clean the rooms every three days, which meant that the trash was never taken out while we were there. I do not care about fresh sheets, or whether we need fresh towels because I could ask for them if I needed it. But the fact that the trash was never even taken out was not acceptableAnd the pool was not open

Liked: Everything was done well and handled professionally. Coming there was a 22 hour drive for me, and my family and I were just ready to relax. Management took good care of us, and that breakfast was on point. This place will be my go to each time I have to make that trip to New York

Disliked: Pool and exercise room were closed

A comfortable place to stay.

Liked: Property was clean and quiet location. Very easy to get to the graduation ceremonies at Cornell.
Disliked: Almost perfect except for the potholes in the parking area. Would have been great if the pool was functional but we didn’t have time for it anyway.

Disliked: Blood on the bathroom doorframe and ceiling of main room
