Nice at First but Never...

Liked: The staff was friendly and check in / out was easy and efficient. The location worked perfectly for the activities of our trip. The room was big in square footage and there was a gym and pool onsite. Parking was also free and breakfast included in your stay.
Disliked: The room was outdated but lacked in cleanliness. It was clean in the sense of the carpet being vacuumed but there was many stains. The worst part of the trip was our last day. A big group checked in and basically took over the pool. There were 25 kids in there with NO adult supervision. The hotel states all kids must have adult supervision but they didn't check anything and left the kids to run wild. Additionally, they were wrestling, jumping on top of other kids and hit our family with a nerf ball. Also, no security and kids running through the halls at 1am. When I complained to the front desk we were told "well we aren't their parents." It showed me that this hotel did not value the safety of all their guests. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will not be returning in the future.

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean. The room was big and spacious. It was clean. The staff was nice
Disliked: Not near restaurants. When you did bring food back you weren't allowed to eat in the lobby. We travelled with aging parents and a young child. It was difficult to eat in the room where you didn't have tables. My son was already in pajamas and so close to the bed time. We are people who enjoy coming out of our room and hanging in the lobby for games. we won't go back.
