Liked: The location was very good..the price was good as well.. the breakfast could have been a little better .but was ok..
Disliked: The bat tub looked like it was peeling..

Disliked: We weren't notified that the pool was closed for inspection. We traveled to Houston specifically for my daughter to meet up with her best friend. We had planned to have the girls be in the pool and order pizza. Our plans had to change last minute. The bathroom was leaking. The bathroom floor was slippery even when dry. We were looking for something under the bed, we found old food wrappers and an old shoe under there.

Liked: Room and bathroom were very clean, well organized and furniture not all, well equipped, there was a coffee maker in the room (besides microwave and small fridge)
Disliked: The foyer carpet was quite old and showing wear and spots here and there. Breakfast just lack protein (eggs, ham or cheese) but making waffles was funny since it is a DIY machine!

My stay was Unecessarily and...

Liked: The rooms and the breakfast lobby.
Disliked: The staff. At night I needed a blanket for my son who was sleeping on the pull out couch. Desk clerk says to ask housekeeping that he has no access to laundry or blankets… housekeeping was gone for the evening…. So I left to Walmart to buy him one. The Pool was closed. The fitness center was closed. I had to put down a $100 deposit (which is more than I paid for the room because I was looking to save money or else I would have stayed at $150+ hotel) They say I will get it back but for now and foreseeable future it cost me and extra $100 to stay there and there was no pool and no fitness center. Then the next morning at breakfast…. They ran out of sausage …. I tried to tell the staff, but they didn’t speak English… I went to front desk … explained to her there was no sausage … she didn’t understand (but she spoke English ) …. So I had have her follow me to the breakfast and show her where the sausage should be … and her only translation was “meat” so I ran with it …. It took 15 mins to get more sausage out and by that time my family was done with breakfast. And the pool was STILL closed the next day and it was perfectly fine. And the fitness center was closed too.
