Bad
Liked: I liked nothing.
Disliked: Whole property smelled bad! Bathrooms were not upto the mark of a brand like Radisson. The showers did nto work properly. Overall, very bad experience.

Liked: The lady at the front desk when I checked in was so friendly and accommodating . The hotel was very clean ,beds were very comfortable and the little extra touch of the swan towel on the beds at check in was just really nice . The heated indoor pool was very nice and the breakfasts was good . I I’ll definitely stay here again

This was the worst hotel...
Liked: We stayed at this hotel on the night of April 12-13, 2025. We arrived around 9 PM on April 12th and checked out at approximately 3:30 AM on April 13, 2025. Unfortunately, several issues left my family and me feeling uncomfortable and distressed. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel fell significantly below our expectations. We encountered noticeable stains, a lack of stocked toiletries, and, distressingly, a large flying cockroach in our room. When we sought assistance in retrieving our belongings, including a pair of shoes and a jacket, the front desk staff member on duty from 11 PM to 3:30 AM was notably unprofessional. Rather than offering help, she rudely informed us that she could not leave the desk to “look for a roach.” We just needed help getting the last of our belongings since we were truly terrified of the large cockroach in our room. Her lack of compassion was truly hurtful for my family and I. My kids are 12 and 7 so they were extremely traumatized. I had an anxiety attack and my husband was also very frightened. We are not locals and have never encountered such a large roach. We only had a few hours to rest until our next flight. This was our layover stop. Furthermore, the pullout bed in our room was extremely stained, and no sheets or bedding were available. When I called to request three blankets—one for the king bed and two for the pullout bed—the staff member dismissively responded, “Three?! I can get you just one!” Our experience at the indoor pool, which was not heated as advertised due to a broken heater (the primary reason for choosing this hotel), was equally frustrating. I was in the pool with my son when the same front desk staff member shouted from outside the pool doors, “No kids allowed!” and made rude hand gestures for him to get out. While we understand and respect the rules, her approach was uncalled for and disrespectful.

Liked: Convenient location, there’s a mall 15mins walk from the property. Close to the airport
