My visit was to attend a convention meeting with Alabama Baptist Convention. This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very attentive and concerned about your stay. If ever I am in Birmingham overnight again I will choose Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Homewood for that stay.

Liked: It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable.
Disliked: Slow elevator.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Disliked: Room was dirty. Property poorly maintained

Disliked: The sitting chair in the room was disgustingly dirty, the breakfast juices seemed to be watered down, coffee too. No eggs were available although it said it offered omelets. They recycled the shampoo/conditioner/lotion bottles. The seals were broken and half used! Toilet paper was down to the end.

Disliked: Ok the toilet didn’t work properly and it was a lot of noise up stairs I guess from other attendants. It wasn’t what I was expecting.

Disliked: My room was not clean, my sheets had stains, the bathroom had hair in the tub and a fingernail under the sink. The front desk at 10pm was absolutely no help. Barely could speak English. The light bulb in the bedroom was broken
