Liked: Very clean and comfortable king suite with everything that I needed apart from one thing that I will explain in the "what didn't you like?" box.
Disliked: The only thing that the room could have done with is USB sockets. A lot of hotels have the ability to charge your phone but there were no USB ports in my room.

Liked: The bed we’re comfortable but the rooms need upgrades
Disliked: Indoor pool only accommodates 10 people????? If I had a party of 6 and the pool already had 5 guests there we could not swim. Very sad for my grandchildren who wanted to use the pool which is why I booked at the Hiram hotel. Had I known there was a limit on number of indoor pool occupants I would have never booked here. also there was a BB travel ball team at the hotel so it was max capacity. Continental free Breakfast left a LOT to be desired. Poor rating unfortunately

Liked: The sausage was burnt and the eggs were very tough and burnt. The biscuits were raw and not cooked. There was instructions to cook the biscuits in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, but they still were raw in the middle.
Disliked: The bed mattresses were worn out and the springs were felt in my back and side all night. It was not comfortable at all.

Liked: Size for the living space and bedroom were a good size. The staff was friendly. Enjoyed that both couches in the living room were pullouts.
Disliked: Wasn’t worth the money spent. You could tell things were fixed with minimal money needed. Stayed in the exact same hotel branch in a different town and it was much nicer. For breakfast the sausage links were burnt both mornings, the waffles had a weird after taste. The hot tub was kept to a lower temperature and the “heated pool” was not warm at all. They had a low towel supply we asked for towels and they didn’t have any. Then had to go back down later to get some. The TV in the living room didn’t have a guide on it and a TV channel list wasn’t provided. The TV would glitch and get distorted.
