Good hotel off of the...

Liked: Erica was really quick and helpful during checkin. We reserved an accessible room and got a nice king room with an excellent ADA bathroom. We loved the great shower head that rotated. The lighting was good and the bed was very comfortable
Disliked: It would have been nice if there was a shelf in the bathroom to hold the towels, the countertop was not large enough to hold them.Also, it would be nice if the lamps had built in chargers for phones.

Good

Liked: Convient parking and location. The bed was comfortable, and my daughter enjoyed the indoor pool.
Disliked: The room was outdated, and the ceiling was patched. Needed paint and new carpet. Breakfast was okay, nothing you won't miss if you skip it. Ceiling fans in the eating area were absolutely disgusting!

Great place to stay at...

Liked: The property is located at walk distance from downtown and it offers parking. Great location to stay and walk around Helen.
Disliked: The property needs to be taken care better. It’s ok but it could be nicer. The place for breakfast could also be nicer.
