Nice stay in Helen Ga.

Liked: Overall very good hotel.

Excellent location, nice room, check-in...

Liked: The room was very nice. Quiet even though there was lots of construction nearby. The free breakfast provided was top notch. The bed was comfortable and the TV was easy to figure out. The location was great in spite of the previously mentioned construction. Close to everything we wanted.
Disliked: Took about 20 minutes to check in as there was no one at the front desk. We found a maintenance man on break who looked around and in the back and couldn't find anyone either. When she finally appeared we were told the elevator was broken (fixed before we left) and our room was on the third floor.

Disliked: Room DID NOT lock our entire stay! Elevator broke, no eggs at breakfast,

Excellent family vacation!

Liked: The suite was perfect for our family and the location was close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away that getting out with your car was not difficult either. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Breakfast was phenomenal. The pool was perfect for ending the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Not worh it!

Liked: It was clean, nice staff members.
Disliked: Nothing was available to use. Ice machines on 2nd and 3rf floors didn't work. The only swimming pool wasn't useable because heater was broke so we couldn't use the pool cause the water was way too cold. The elevator did work when we first got there but later that night it stopped working so we had to handicap people with us that had to be helped getting down from the third floor. So we left a day early.

Good Value Helen Hotel

Liked: A very good choice. Hotel was clean, staff very helpful. The free cookies and breakfast were great! Good value. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Only complaint is the bathroom lighting is so bright. Needed to buy a nightlight to use bathroom during night or never go back to sleep. TV options not best.
