Liked: The location was perfect , the room was very clean and had a great bathtub. There was always hot coffee and hot water for tea available. The hotel was in a quite area with very little foot or vehicle traffic.
Disliked: My room faced a highway and there was some road noise. The bathroom sink facet had some shutoff issues, I let the staff know when I left.

I would stay here again,...

Liked: The stay was very comfortable and relaxing.
Disliked: Small stain on a towel and a piece of trash - a ripped wrapper yeah of some kind was found underneath the bed.

Liked: Staff was friendly. When my key stopped working before my checkout they were quick to replace. However, I was surprised that I was not asked for identification before they gave me a new key.
Disliked: There was mildew in the shower area at the top of the wall. Although to me things like this have become more typical in the industry at this price point.

Liked: Ashley at the front desk was amazing, kind, and helpful. She answered all of our questions and offered a friendly greeting and farewell when we checked out.
Disliked: The room was pretty run down (stains on furniture, chipped floor tiles, missing stopper in the sink).The floor was dirty in the bathroom, towels provided were stained, a mystery greasy stain on the bedroom lamp was slightly concerning. There was also something that appeared to be sticky on the shelf the TV was on.
