Visiting my mom in assisted...

Liked: Always clean, upgraded room, fitness center and pool, helpful friendly staff delicious breakfast with waffles! Makes traveling easy!
Disliked: Pool could have been warmer

Liked: I liked the fact the pool was open and available for the girls.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that the staff thought I was lying about my reservation. I have 2 kids and I have no reason to lie about a reservation. I was about to leave, very upset, and they had not one concern about me or especially my 2 girls. After me calling my bank, cashapp, and whoever else I had to call in the lobby, I asked them one other time before I left. MadThey said, oh we just got the reservation and the payment, then all the courtesy came to the for front. It was absolutely disgusting to me. That they showed no empathy for my prior situation, now I got the red carpet treatment once my money was there. So sad. 😔 😟 What I would do in a situation like that, especially with the customer had 2 kids. 7 and 8. Would let them check in as usual, and after 2 hours I would have asked them, if payment wasn't made, was we. Have the room rented and you'll have to vacate. Not do what was done to me and my girls. Staffs only concern was money. Money money money. And I only wish I had cash, I would have thrown it at them I was so upset with their lack of concern for my girls, and they were about to cry. But fortunately they reservation came in after 20 or 30 min. And like I said, I was royalty and had given so many apologies. Other than that, the stay was good. Girls loved the pool. Ty

Disliked: The beds were made with sheets that had massive undecipherable stains on them and there was an odor to the room. Feels icky and not clean
