Liked: Clean facilities, VERY comfortable bed, outstanding Breakfast, and the lady that runs it is great! Shower if Nicely HOT!
Disliked: Exterior is a bit neglected, screens and loose joint compound falling down between the windows.

Disliked: I reserved and paid.for a 2queen bed suite I was told when I arrives that they didn't have any so the room had 1 queen bed and a pullout couch with broken springs and no linens. I tried calling Manager 3 times to complain no answer and coicemai was full

Great place to stay!

Liked: The entire staff is exceptional. A special thanks to the breakfast crew who provide wonderful food and treat their guests like family. It is truly appreciated. Also thanks to the front desk for super efficient check in and check out. Although I did not have direct contact with the cleaning staff they appear to be doing a great job as well. The room was super clean and neat.
Disliked: Absolutely no problems to report

Liked: Pool was accessible, breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: Very very noisy. Needed to be updated. Some stains/accumulated discoloration in bathroom. We were not given enough towels for the number of people staying in the room, though they supplied them when we went down to the front desk. One trip to the pool there were no towels at all. When we asked, they gave us the towels that we needed, but did not refill the shelves any time in the next 45 minutes. The exercise room had one elliptical, one treadmill that did not work, and one working treadmill. There were two dumbbells in the middle of the floor. Not very well equipped.

Disliked: I found an unknown charge for $30 on my credit card in addition to the room payment. I emailed to ask about it but no one got back to me. I will be filing a complaint with my cc company. This has soured my experience.Also did not like the road noise. The hotel wasn't that full so could have been put on the quiet side.
