Poor experience

Liked: On our travel route. We have stayed here before.
Disliked: Not a good experience.1. Flooring not well vacuumed 2. No drain plug in our sink; could easily drop something in!3. TV did not work. We could only get 1 channel, even after trouble shooting with front desk. 4. Curtains partially Broken5. No desk chair; why have a desk???6. Bathroom toilet needed 2 flushes for any clearance7. Door was stuck so hard to open. I mean really stuck!

Disliked: Gave our room away. Gave us another room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. Gave us another room that had the most uncomfortable bed I have ever used.

Our night stay was great...

Liked: Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Would love to have a full size pillow and the bathroom in 301 was gross. Water wouldn’t not go down sink unless stopper was pulled out but stopper was really gross to look at with moldy stuff and dirt all over it. Hair on floor in bathroom behind the toilet was really gross.

Good location, good staff.

Liked: Our check-in lady was able to help us get into the room earlier because we needed to change to go to an event. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Another hotel with a less than comfortable bed. Mattress needs replaced.
