Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Harrisburg - Hershey West PA

I came back from the concert about 11 PM, had an issue with the room. The night shift guy, tried to fix. Called again because the issue was not fixed. So at 1145 PM I had to switch rooms. The second room was down the basement across the building by the pool so the room smelled like chlorine and smoke, cigarette smoke. I ended up leaving at 2 AM. And drove home.

Liked: It was fairly clean.
Disliked: Amenities and night shift attitude.

It was a very nice place to stay. Will be staying at more now. The staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were great. Loved everything about it. Highly recommend it, great stay.

Liked: rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly
Disliked: we had just stayed at the Country Inns and Suites in Gettysburg for 3 nights and needed 1 night in Hershey before coming home . Although the Hotel and rooms were excellent , our rooms 402 and 404 were very noisy making it difficult to get a good night sleep due to being right along the expressway . There were other hotels in the area that were not along the expressway . I will pay closer attention to location in the future .

Liked: This is my go to place to stay everytime I travel to Massachusetts from ncIt’s about the half way point. The property is ALWAYS clean and comfortable, the employees are very pleasant and accommodating and the amenities are great for what you pay
Disliked: I’m a very light sleeper, so I always try to get a room on the end of the top floor and away from the highway. Last time I got end, top floor but facing highway and some truck noise woke me up early in the morning

Liked: The hotel was very clean.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the pool was dirty. First night it was clean and by day 3 the pool was so dirty I couldn’t see the ground. The pillows were not comfortable and my ac barely worked.
