Liked: The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have slept on in a while while traveling!

Liked: The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good and had lots of choices. The location was perfect for us as it was near family , also lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. Liked the contactless check out.
Disliked: The room had a distinct smell of an animal; the bed sheet had a black stain on it (looked like it was permanent ink and not fresh from unmade room); had to keep lifting the toilet tank lid and jiggle the floater to stop from running after each flush. Informed the staff who told us they were making upgrades so yay for that.

Liked: It was comfortable. ...but the hot tub wasn't hot and the pool area stayed a mess!! Other than that it was beautiful! Nice view! And nice convenience!

Disliked: We accidentally left a stuffed puppy under the blankets n didn’t realize it until we were far down the highway headed to home. I called the desk and was told that even if I sent money to send it to us “ because it had a very sentimental value “ I was told they-you don’t do that but we could come pick it up! That was very very sad because that just was not a opportunity available to us! We are left heart broken
