Disliked: Near apartments. Random people walking. The ac was not very cold.

Liked: Comfy beds. Very clean. Good blackout curtains! Extensive tv channels. Good breakfast.
Disliked: There were a few dots of mold along the seam between the shower floor and walls.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating
Disliked: Thin walls, dated decor, clothes left in the closet, noisy, can hear neighbors talking through walls, can hear talking in the halls from room, can hear people walking in room above, one light in bathroom didn't work so lighting was bad, microwave wouldn't work because couldn't plug in ANY outlet in the room, extremely low water pressure in bathroom sink, bedspread was faded, and had to push furniture back in place on day of check-in.

Liked: Ali at the front desk was exceptional. Great customer service even when there are issues he truly did try to go above and beyond to help.
Disliked: Carpet in the hallways on the 4th floor have very bad stains and are coming up causing ridges and wrinkles in the Carpet. This is a trip hazard for people staying at the hotel. The ceiling in the shower was stained up and there was bubbles in the walls of the bathroom. Not the worst hotel I've stayed at but certainly not the best for the cost I paid.
