Liked: The staff was good. The beds were ok, the room was clean, but there was mold along the caulk in the bathroom. The cookies were very good and breakfast was decent.
Disliked: I had always considered Country Inn & Suites to be above average lodging, but found this one sorely disappointing. First, the room was extremely humid and the AC unit didn't work properly. My clothes got damp and my bathing suit wouldn't dry even after 2 days of hanging. There was not a single towel hanger in the bathroom. The building has not been updated in a very long time. The carpeting is old and very dingy. There were wall stains in one room our party had and they moved to a different room due to the lack of room cleanliness. I noticed that this hotel is privately owned and not a corporate run one. Apparently the owners do not take much pride/care in their investment. We go to Green Bay often and won't be returning to this location.

Disliked: Specially breakfast. I stayed earlier in The Country Inn and it used to be much better. Specially egg items were stinking.

Disappointing

Disliked: When we got to the hotel around 5pm we were told are room was still dirty. We had the keys for the room already and was told to wait a few minutes to go to our room And when we got to the room the floor was not vacuumed. The bathroom had a dirty towel in it. There was a garbage item under the bed. We didn’t say anything about the room u til we left on Monday because we were to busy with our plans. Was not pleased with the room. I asked for a discount t when we left but was told she had to talk to the GM
