Would stay here again!

Liked: Yes! The room was clean, comfortable and I slept very well! The young woman at the front desk tried hard to get me into the internet. We were able to use my phone as a hotspot so we could open up a browser and log in. The bfast both days was very good.
Disliked: It was snowing and I had some difficulty finding the hotel because it’s behind buildings. You can’t see it from the road.

Nightmare on Lineville

Liked: Room was exceptionally clean. Tub ran slow so water stood in itRefrigerator ran and ran though we had only a couple pop bottles in it. It rattled and made various noises all night! Sleep was impossible! Mattress was so worn out it was all hills and valleys and not comfortable at all!!! Just before 3 a. m. the emergency very bright strone light started to flash in the room for at least three hours!! Got up to check the hall and outside for emergencies. There appeared to be none but got up a few more times to check door temp. Breakfast was very delicious with an employee either gossiping with.her friend or watching everyone's plates; monitoring from what looked like a podium what we ate or so it appeared. Upon checking out the desk young lady(looked like generation z) and did not ask about our stay and had the personality of drywall. I explained all what happened and she just stood with steely eyes and no emotion. She wrote nothing down for management or anything.. No empathy or apologies. She did simply say there was no fire during the night in a monotone uncaring voice. We tried this place because we go to GB once a month. We will NEVER step foot in that place again for a stay. Our other wonderful motel choice has been very good to us and we will go there.
