Location, location,location!

Liked: Location, location,location!! This hotel is close to door county and walkable to good restaurants and a movie theater. Loved the location!
Disliked: There were no towel racks in the bathroom which was odd but the shower pressure was excellent!

Everything great minus coffee

Liked: Facilities was great. Dope pool area.
Disliked: The coffee offered in the lobby and for breakfast is horrendous. I literally went to Starbucks for better coffee. Your supplier needs to change in my honest opinion.

Very good

Liked: We loved the room and the pool!
Disliked: We asked the front desk to have housekeeping come in our room and they never had them come.

Other than the air conditioner...

Liked: It was good. I would have liked some walnuts for the oatmeal.
Disliked: I was in room 231. I reported to the front desk that the air conditioner turned itself off about 2:30 in the morning. Then you have to get up,turn on the lights, and turn it back on, and then not be able to go back to sleep. The air conditioner didn't get fixed and I spent two nights with only 4 hours of sleep.

Great customer service

Liked: We had an unexpected emergency during our stay, and the staff and management worked with us to make sure we were taken care of.They provided great customer service. The room and facilities were excellent.
Disliked: Have nothing negative to comment.

This was a very nice...

Liked: The breakfast provided was excellent. The hotel was clean, quiet and the our room was a nice size.
Disliked: All 3 of us did not like the beds. They were soft and lumpy. This was uncomfortable.

Liked: Friendliest of staff, eagar to help. Spacious
Disliked: Fan in our bathroom didn’t work, pool area needs to be cleaned daily of bandaids and gum in and around pool. For most part very clean. Also keys should not be deactivated until check out time. We couldn’t get back into out room after 11am and had not checked out yet. Person at desk blamed us for deactivation of our cards.
