Great customer service

Liked: We had an unexpected emergency during our stay, and the staff and management worked with us to make sure we were taken care of.They provided great customer service. The room and facilities were excellent.
Disliked: Have nothing negative to comment.

This was a very nice...

Liked: The breakfast provided was excellent. The hotel was clean, quiet and the our room was a nice size.
Disliked: All 3 of us did not like the beds. They were soft and lumpy. This was uncomfortable.

All in all would stay...

Liked: Friendliest of staff, eagar to help. Spacious
Disliked: Fan in our bathroom didn’t work, pool area needs to be cleaned daily of bandaids and gum in and around pool. For most part very clean. Also keys should not be deactivated until check out time. We couldn’t get back into out room after 11am and had not checked out yet. Person at desk blamed us for deactivation of our cards.
