Disappointed with the breakfast

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: Had to call down to the front desk twice about the people above us jumping off the beds at 10:45 at night woke us upThe breakfast was terrible! The cheese omelettes all were burnt. There were no bread products.

Liked: My location was convenient.
Disliked: After unloading all of our things for a week stay in the room we noticed other than the bed being made. The room was not cleaned. The bathroom had not been touched at all. So we had to move to another room. Understandably this could happen, but the other family member staying there came in the next day and in their room bed frame was all apart and in the middle of the room that they were given. Two of the children were already asleep and they had to change to a different room the next day.

I didn't stay. We left...

Disliked: The room was absolutely filthy and the staff member helping was not friendly and not very helpful. I had to insist she contact her manager to get my money back.

Liked: Good air-conditioning
Disliked: Old curtains, old comforters, ran out of breakfast because of baseball team, pool was freezing and water didn't look very clean. Stairs were very dirty. Very dissatisfied. Card reader wasn't working causing a big family frift.Traveled from Texas 8 hrs away. Will never stay here again.

Liked: I checked out right away because it was disgusting. I have tried and tried to get refund. Nobody answered! It’s gross!! And noisy!!
Disliked: I didn’t like anything because I checked out, too gross and loud. Nobody would reply to me
