Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Grandville-Grand Rapids West MI

Disliked: Dirty; outdated; unsettling and overall disgusting hotel. Rooms very dirty; air conditioning did not work; sewage leak in the lobby. The only bright spot was there was a Sleep Number bed - but it was broken!

I enjoyed my stay, though the breakfast could have used a few more options. The choices were almost entirely bread-based, and I was looking for more options. They had apples, but the two I ate weren't very good. Could have used some eggs, or sausage, or ham.

Liked: Close to Pinnacle Center.
Disliked: Breakfast had limited choices.

I'd stay here again

Liked: The breakfast was delicious it was nice and quiet and for the most part clean in our room
Disliked: As I stated above for the most part our sweet was clean however some of the walls were very dirty with food stains and dirt and also in the bathroom something was all over the wall by the toilet paper roll I don't even want to know what it was make sure you clean your walls with bleach and pinesol it makes for a way better experience and a clean hotel room dirty walls alone can ruin it also I didn't like the fact that there was no bathtub I paid a lot of money for one night there $300 I wasn't able to soak and they didn't have a hot tub any longer at the pool area so that sucked! Oh and one of my pillow cases was nasty dirty but the lady at the front desk was very kind and give me a clean pillowcase right away but these are things that should always be changed from one guest to the next

Liked: The room was very large and had a microwave and refrigerator, a couch and seating area, which was very nice. The woman that checked us in was so pleasant, wish I would have caught her name. Lovely. Breakfast was clean and several options, but could use some healthy options like fruit. Only bananas were served. Price was excellent.
Disliked: The bathroom really wasn’t super clean, looked like a rush job. There is a coffee maker in the room but came with no regular coffee, only decaf which was odd. Ice maker in our floor was out of order too. Needed ice twice so was just a nuisance.

Bed was amazing !! Best...

Clean and friendly, nice place...

Liked: Pool was perfect temperature had the pool all to ourselves. Lots of great breakfast items. Very clean. Super nice staff.
Disliked: I loved everything there was nothing not to love.

Liked: Close to where we had to be for the weekend.
Disliked: Room could be cleaned a little better. Bed is super hard and the creepy guy that sat in his truck all weekend watching ladies walk in and out

Excellent stay, great price, good...

Liked: Breakfast was SUPERB! Hot eggs, protein, waffles, potatoes or biscuits and gravy, and the usual yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc. Also really loved having access to a washer and dryer that we could use since we were staying for multiple days and enjoyed running at the nearby Johnson Park and Millennium Park trails. The location of this hotel is right by a freeway to get to downtown Grand Rapids or any other area, with amenities nearby.

Liked: Friendly, seemed fairly clean
Disliked: Toilet seat didn't fit toilet, the lid would fall on you when you sat down. Wardrobe was tilted/falling sideways? Not deal breakers, but noticeably annoying.
