Liked: Great location, bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Used to be a nice hotel. Have stayed there several times before. Run down now. Items below are in order of entry US Flag filthy.No cookies bc "oven is broken", was on llast visit as well. Elevator is terrible and very dirty and bangs and squeals and jerks and bumps and very slow. It was like this a year ago on last visit too.Dirt and candy was on room floor and had to have housekeeping return.Showerhead drills thru you. Can't change it nor make it nicer.Toilet runs.Couch was filthy and very stained with large black spots. Breakfast was terrible, and no selection.And more. This hotel needs Corporate inspection. Owners obviously don't care and more.

Liked: Comfortable and affordable
Disliked: Wish the pool was bigger. Also on Saturday, we stayed in our room until like 1 pm, by the time we went out for the day the cleaning crew was gone and we needed fresh towels and toilet paper. Someone could have asked us before they left, we had to go to the front desk and ask but they didn't have any of the bigger towels so we had to use hand towels for showering.

Going downhill

Liked: The bathrooms are nice.
Disliked: The rate was a little high for what you get compared to the area hotels. The room was missing furniture like a chair in the corner. The facility is leaking amenities, as I said comparing others in the area. Plus what this one used to be like. The hot tub is gone and the breakfast sucks they could do a lot better like Fairfield or country inn in Grandville. The price is too much for what it is now

Liked: Staff was friendly and price and availability was a plus
Disliked: Pool area was moldy and smelled of mildew bad. Only was able to stay in the pool area for 3-4 minutes. The humidity was extreme and combined with the horrible mildew and moldy smell BAD

Liked: It had nice areas to sit but the bird poop was ridiculous
Disliked: The room was dirty spider webs on the lamp the room was not up to standards
