Hot tub is hot but...

Liked: Was overall a great hotel and the staff was very nice!! Loved the fresh cookies at the front desk. Only gave a lower score due to the fact that we obviously book hotels in the hopes of swimming and at the time of our stay the pool was maybe -10 degrees. There was no using it at all. It was like doing a polar plunge that you didn’t sign up for. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to warn us but I didn’t realize how serious she was when she had stated the “hot tub is hot but the pool is cold.” Still the breakfast was delicious, they had a very nice set up that even had a changing menu they had posted. Would still stay again and actually am for an upcoming wedding. Hoping the pool has been brought back to life before then.

Disliked: The swimming pool wasn’t available. It was the sole reason for me booking with them for Valentine’s Day. However, the hot tub was available.
