Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Germantown WI

It was ok, but not...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: Not the fault of the staff because previous guest had trashed the room so they had to do a thorough cleaning and the floor was still wet, even though I had asked for an early arrival time. We were able to simply change clothes and go to the wedding. Something near our room was running much of the night and that was annoying. There was also noise from other rooms & in the hall.

Liked: Fantastic breakfast every morning, greeted by kitchen staff every morning with a smile

Liked: Clean and friendly staff
Disliked: I didn't like the link that was sent by booking.com because it took me to a different location and not the hotel. The location that was attached to my reservation took me out 20 minutes from the hotel.

Disliked: Entrance difficult to access

Disliked: Television guide and lack of channel instruction. Terrible, nearly left for another est.

Disliked: Reminds me of an older hotel they tried to fix up but didn't meet the standard of a Comfort Inn and Suites that I'm used too.
