Liked: Location was great. We were working at Kentucky Horse Park. We had to leave before breakfast whici is why the question was no applicable. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly etc.I though the value was good.
Disliked: I just thought there would be a kitchen with the suite. But this was not a big problem. So tgee was really nothing that I did not like

Liked: Close to Kentucky Horse Park. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Wifi had intrusive steps that kept being demanded of us. Unfriendliness - even rudeness - of one staff member at the front desk. A/c was noisy.

The hotel was very nice...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the pool and hot tub were one of the main reasons we booked here. Convenient to all food choices.
Disliked: Our first room has a note written in Spanish about the shower so they moved us to a different room that was very nice but the bathroom door in room 301 didn't latch. Needs attention.

Liked: Lovely area, the room was great for families as we had 2 bedrooms and a little living area with a sofa.
Disliked: Windows were so thin it let in every noise outside.

Liked: We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, they have fresh cookies and coffee at the front desk everyday. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub . The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.
