Disliked: Little things needed maintenance: a USB outlet, bathroom faucet, toilet lid, fridge froze our fruit (no dial to adjust it)

Liked: The location is awesome. Literally within walking distances from most of the attractions and stores in Gatlinburg. Also their staff was friendly and I had no issues with them during the visit. I saw others mentioned the staff in other reviews, but the staff was great. Room was very spacious as well.
Disliked: The parking setup isn't ideal at all. Apparently someone brushed up against my car and im sure this happened while it was parked in their parking lot. I don't blame them for this, but you have to get back to your room early if you wanna get a closer spot. The rooms are a bit outdated as well. Seems this may have been another hotel under another name at some point, then they came in and branded it as their own hotel. All in all I'd still consider staying here again.
