Liked: My family loved the pool and arcade. Staff was so friendly
Disliked: Pool towels were not really stocked. I think mainly because they are smaller towels so for an adult to dry off 3 or 4 are needed.

Excellent from start to finish

Liked: Location. Great staff
Disliked: Nothing all was good

Okay but not wonderful.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Location was fine.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable and the lack of housekeeping services made everything seem unpleasant.

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff

Liked: Very clean. Pleasant location. The check in clerk was so helpful that I sent an email to the manager! My husband stayed in high end Marriott’s when he traveled for work but now is open to these hotels.

Disappointing

Good

Liked: The waterslide and hot tub are very nice. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was a good value, especially with the added items on the weekend. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is very good as it is just a minutes drive from downtown Galena.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit noisy as the room walls are thin. You want to stay on the 3rd floor else you will hear everything from your neighbors as well as if there are any kids running down the halls.

They don’t check there computers...

Comfortable

Liked: The breakfast was good. A nice variety of items. Didn’t use the pool but it looked good.
Disliked: TV was pretty small but not terrible.
