Whenever coming back home to...

Liked: Vicki, is so accommodating and helpful. Pat, breakfast manager keeps breakfast refreshed - feels as if you're in her own kitchen - and all of the staff were so wonderful ! Accommodating in every way - we felt "at home". Our family traveled for a family funeral and burial - staying here made us comforted. It was very quiet - beds were comfortable - and breakfast delicious and plentiful : )
Disliked: Nothing - it rained and they even let us borrow umbrellas from the front desk ...

Liked: Easy check-in and check-out
Disliked: Parking lot was full, not informed of additional parking in the back which requires us to go around the block. Exterior light shining into the room and the curtains didn’t close all the way, more for design rather than function.

Overall, we would stay there...

Liked: Great location, very clean and quiet
Disliked: When we arrived, the woman that was handling the front desk was very grumpy and both my wife and I were not happy with her attitude. However, the lady Patrice that took care of the kitchen was fantastic as was the housekeeper Victoria.

I plan to stay here...

Liked: Large hotel with many rooms and a good dining space and swimming pool.
Disliked: Sometimes it was hard to find parking late at night. The smell of cigarettes was often in the lobby.

Delightful stay.

Liked: Quiet surroundings, friendly reception, clean and well-appointed room. Comfy bed, nice hot shower, and window could open to let in spring air. Breakfast good.
Disliked: Pity I had to leave.

Liked: Loved that the pool was open till midnight
Disliked: Shower head broke off and jets on the hot tub were very weak

Location was great, overall quality...

Liked: Location, bed was ok.
Disliked: As the highest priced hotel in the area, I was very disappointed in the accommodations. Low quality, older, signs of mold in the bathroom, generally a bit shabby. I highly doubt that the other hotels in the area at a much lower cost would have been much worse. I didn't expect a 5 start hotel but again for the price point in the area, I at least expected things to be in better shape. If I had paid 2/3 of what I did I would rate it better.
